Sit back and dream of an English country estate with an earl grey cake with lightly fragranced bergamot ganache, feuilletine crunch and home-made citrus curd.

Bubbles & Berries

Opulence in a cake. Champagne sponge cake infused with champagne syrup and layered with delicate elderflower Callebaut white chocolate ganache.

Raise your glasses and salute this delicate white chocolate, lightly scented prosecco sponge infused with prosecco syrup. layered with strawberry ganache.

Madagascan Bourbon vanilla bean sponge cake with a layer of strawberry conserve and vanilla bean couverture Callebaut white chocolate ganache.

Scrumptiously Stuck On You

Medjul dates and muscovado sugar are blended together to create my signature sticky toffee cake. Add gooey caramel and sticky toffee ganache a praline crumb and you have a marriage made in heaven.
